Aptitude Training: During the 3rd year of engineering
itself, students are taken through the aptitude development
classes. We identify the best trainers in this area and
they are engaged to train our students. Many companies
have appreciated the aptitude level of our students.

Personality Development Classes: We engage corporate
trainers to train our students on personality development.
Intensive training classes are conducted from the 5th semester
of engineering onwards. Some of the skills imparted are Interview
Facing, Group Discussion, Business Communication, Corporate
Ethics etc.,
3.
Technical Training Sessions: Our corporate relations
department conducts surveys form time to time among corporates
to understand the technological upgradations taking place.
We also identify best resource personnel from the industry
like the project managers/human resources managers and arrange
classes/courses by them to our students. |
