With the boom in the corporate world, now professional managers expect their teams to be proactive and communicate openly. If a person is technically sound but unable to convey his ideas to others, his productivity will eventually amount to zilch.

We have incorporated soft skills into our training strategy. As we ensure that our students entering the corporate sectors are required to be articulate and must be able to communicate effectively.

Case Method

There is a variety of learning techniques; classrooms discussions, role playing, simulations problems and case studies.

Of these techniques, case studies have been one of the most effective and popular approaches in developing management skills. We believe is teaching through case studies, discussing cases involving real-life problems. The areas covered include corporate strategy, Management Planning, Decision - Making, Delegation, Performance appraisal, Group dynamics, Motivation - to name a few.

Another feather in the cap of Horizon is its in house magazine "Glimpses" - a mirror of varied reflection which is a store house of articles written and edited by the MBA students themselves with active support from the faculty.
