Students
to follow the rules of the Hostel as prescribed by
the Management from time to time. |
| 02 |
The hostel fees
will be charged for one complete academic year and
students desirous of joining the hostel in between
the academic year may do so, after paying the hostel
fees for the entire academic year. |
| 03 |
In addition to
the hostel fees, students will have to pay the KEB
charges (Electricity Charges) for the actual power
consumption in the room allotted to them. |
| 04 |
Management will
have the right to expel any student from hostel on
disciplinary ground and in any case the entire hostel
fees including the caution deposit will be forfeited. |
| 05 |
Students found
staying the Hostel without paying the requisite fees
or without obtaining proper permission from the competent
authorities will be evicted from the hostel without
any prior notice and the management will not be responsible
for any loss/damage of items or inconvenience caused
during the eviction process. |

Hostel & Mess
Timings to be followed strictly. |
| 07 |
Hostel Main gate
will remain closed between 10.00 pm to 6.00 am and
no student will be permitted to enter the hostel beyond
09.00 pm without a written permission from the appropriate
authorities. |

Prior permission
should be taken from the Warden to take leave of absence
and a formal leave letter should be submitted. |

Students may stay
away from the hostel during weekends/holidays with
relatives/guardians, only after obtaining prior permission
from the Hostel Warden. |
| 10 |
The Security personnel
are authorized to check “Hostel Identity Card” any
time within the Hostel premises. |
| 11 |
Rooms will be
allotted to the students only after they pay the hostel
fees. |
| 12 |
Students have
to compulsorily vacate the room at the end of the academic
year and put all their luggage and belongings in the
Cloak Room. |
| 13 |
Final semester
students will have to compulsorily vacate the hostel
within 7 days after the completion of the examination.
However as per the policy, final year students of MCA
will be permitted to vacate the hostel at the end of
fifth semester. |
| 14 |
Students who become
not eligible to attend the classes for higher semester
will not be permitted to avail hostel facilities. |

The Visiting hours
for Parents & relatives are: |

| 16 |
Visitors are not
allowed inside the student's room. Strict disciplinary
action will be taken against the student, Who takes
visitor to the room. |

Consumption of
alcoholic drinks, use of drugs, smoking etc. are strictly
prohibited |
| 18 |
Posters' or 'stickers'
should not be pasted on the room walls. |
| 19 |
Clothing's should
not be hung on the windows grills. |
| 20 |
The rooms should
be kept clean and tidy. |
| 21 |
Lights and fans
should be switched off while leaving the room, close
water taps after use. |
| 22 |
Loss or damage
to any property in rooms or in common areas like corridors,
dining hall, lobby etc would be strictly dealt with.
A penalty thrice of the value of the damaged property
will be levied to all Hostelites. |

Managements/Warden
will not be responsible for any loss/theft/damage to
such things. |
