.The department is equipped with advanced lab facilities catering not only for VTU requirement but beyond VTU syllabus. Various types of labs are: Microcontrollers Lab, Hardware Description Language Lab, Advanced Communication Lab, Microprocessor Lab, Analog Electronics Lab, Logic Design Lab, Digital Signal Processing Lab and Analog Communication + LIC Lab. All our faculties and lab instructors take keen interest to impart experimental knowledge to the students. The department proudly possesses Cadence VLSI Design Tool which is the state of art industry standard. We also have memorandum of understanding with leading VLSI Design institute namely IIVDT (Indian Institute of VLSI Design and Training). They conduct short term and long term certificate courses for UG students during vacations and on weekends. So far it has proved to be the most popular industry institute training activity.
