Guest
lectures by experts, seminars, workshops,
debates and interaction with industry are an integral
part of the educational programs at NHC and are organized
every weekend. Students are encouraged to organize and
conduct programs, with or without faculty assistance
in an endeavour to develop organizational and managerial
abilities and to inculcate a team approach to problem
solving.
The
Industrial visits
organised locally and the Industrial Tours to important
industrial areas help the students to observe the realistic
version of classroom lectures on multi-disciplinary
functions of the industrial sector. Students are also
guided to work on Projects and specific work assignments.
Such measures build self-confidence in them and help
them to become self-reliant and committed to accomplish
assigned goals.
Project
work, which is an integral part of the curriculum
aims at laying a strong foundation for conceptual and
analytical reasoning in students. It prepares the youth
of tomorrow to face the reality of the new era through
a dynamic topic. It contributes to making the student
a quality-conscious personality and grooms the young
talented people to become future executives in the world
of Business and Information Technology.
