Candidates
must be Citizens of India and must have completed
the 10+2+3 from any of the recognized Universities
in India to take up Bachelor of Education Programme
(B.Ed). Those with the Bachelor Degree in Arts/Science
with 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST candidates) in
aggregate including languages are eligible to apply,
provided they have studied any one of the languages
and two of three electives specified below. |

Candidates
who have obtained a degree in B.A/B.Sc from the Universities
situated outside Karnataka State shall have studied
in addition to language subject and atleast two (2)
elective subjects mentioned above, in their three
year course of study in B.A/B.Sc., by appearing in
one subject in the University Examinations for at
least two years and in the Principal subject for all
three years and if there is any change of subject
during the course of study of three years, such candidates,
shall not be eligible for admission to B.Ed. Course. |

| Rules
& Regulations for Students |

Horizon College of Education requires that you
conduct yourself in a disciplined manner and
maintain decorum at all times, as prescribed
by management. Infringement of the code of conduct
and rules of the institution will not be tolerated.

Attendance
for all theory classes and practice teaching
is compulsory. A student who does not have 90%
of attendance during a particular semester will
not be permitted to take final examinations.

Attendance
for tests and preparatory examinations is compulsory. |

Damage
in any form to the college property is strictly
prohibited. |

Using
mobile phones in the college premises is totally
prohibited. |

Students
shall abide by the rules and regulations of
the institution in force from time to time. |
